  2. It doesn’t matter how big you are
  3. It doesn’t matter what gender you are
  4. Fighting is not meant to be pleasant
  5. It doesn’t matter if you cry or bleed
  6. If you get hit remember to breathe
  7. You’re not supposed to feel well when you are fighting
  8. If it was easy you’d just get handed your belt
  9. If you want your belt you have to work for it
  10. It’s not about being the best, it’s about improving yourself

Somehow there seems to be a lot about life we can learn from this. Hmmm.
